Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or using the FlyOppi digital platform, web applications, and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions contained herein, you must immediately cease all use of our services and delete any accounts created on our platform.
Description of Services
FlyOppi provides a rich suite of online utilities and community tools built for the sport aviation community, including paragliding, paramotoring, paratriking, and other free-flight disciplines. These include:
Digital flight logbooks and analytics dashboard
Pilot licensing registration, examiner database, and certification verification
Weather integration, site guides, and airspace status reports
Social networking, messaging, and community forum functions
Eligibility & Accounts
FlyOppi is open to free-flight enthusiasts of all age groups. In order to register an account and use our services:
- You must be at least 6 years of age (the minimum registration requirement).
- If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to register.
- You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are solely responsible for protecting your account passwords and restricting unauthorized access.
User Conduct
As a user, you agree that you will not post, upload, publish, or transmit any content or act in a manner that:
Violates local, national, or international aviation rules
Infringes intellectual property or copyrights of third parties
Harasses, abuses, threatens, or discriminates against other members
Contains computer viruses, malware, or destructive code blocks
Scrapes, mines, or crawls platform data without written consent
Distributes unsolicited advertising, spam, or promotional material
Intellectual Property
All platform contents—including software code, page designs, visual layouts, branding marks, and core text—are the exclusive intellectual property of FlyOppi or its licensors and are protected under copyright and trademark laws.
When you post content (such as logbooks, photographs, or reviews), you grant FlyOppi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, cache, distribute, and display your content to deliver and promote our services.
Safety & Sport Risks
CRITICAL AVIATION SAFETY WARNING
Paragliding, paramotoring, paratriking, and related disciplines are high-risk aviation activities. Participation in these sports carries inherent risks of property damage, severe bodily injury, or death.
FlyOppi issues pilot certifications and licenses based on strict safety standards, but does not provide direct flight training or physical piloting lessons. We host workshops and events, but pilots are solely responsible for acquiring proper training from authorized academies. Users assume 100% of all risks associated with their flight activities. Never fly without approved safety gear and active licenses.
Fees, Workshops & Events
Some features on FlyOppi, such as pilot licensing application fees, premium features, workshop registrations, or event ticketing, require monetary transactions.
- All certification and licensing application fees are processed securely through authorized gateways.
- Applications and registration fees for licensing reviews are non-refundable once evaluation begins.
- Event and workshop tickets are subject to specific cancellation policies declared during publication.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FlyOppi, its corporate affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and authorized examiners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your access to or use of the services, your user content, your flight activities, or your violation of these Terms of Use.
Limitation of Liability
FlyOppi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlyOppi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data loss, equipment damage, bodily injury, or flight incidents—resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. When updates are published:

We will notify registered users via email for major updates
Continued use of FlyOppi after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms
